Professionnal kitchen

Food safety requires perfect temperature control, the safety of the facilities is also an important factor as they are located near public places. Significant constraints may sometimes appear in cramped environments, so we offer solutions adapted to each case that can be customised on request.

The main families below are a non-exhaustive list of our applications:

• ‍Infrared radiant tubes necessary to maintain the temperature of products exposed in the restaurant industry or the sterilization of medical or food devices and equipment.
  ‍‍

• Flexible silicone heating panels of multiple shapes, used for example for restaurant food warmer trolleys. They can be equipped with temperature sensors, temperature limiters, thermal fuses, and thermostats.
  ‍‍

• Non-flexible heating panels, vulcanized on aluminum plate to heat flat surfaces, heating plates for food industries.
  ‍‍

• Energy regulators used to adjust the power of electric heating elements such as salamanders.
  ‍‍

• High-temperature electromechanical thermostats with bulb and capillary, having for example as application pizza ovens.
  ‍

• ‍Manual reset temperature limiters, single-phase or three-phase, taking place for example in professional coffee machines, ovens, ovens, etc...
  ‍

• ‍Ceramic electrical connection terminals, capable of supporting maximum permanent ambient temperatures of 500°C and 700°C in peak (<90 minutes). These terminals allow the electrical connection of halogen lamps, heating elements as well as for the wiring of ovens, and professional cooking equipment.
